Residents living near Plymouth food digester complain about ‘repugnant’ smell (The Plymouth Herald)

RESIDENTS living near a food recycling site on the edge of Plymouth have complained about its “repugnant” smell, a district council has said.

Complaints have been made to the Environment Agency and South Hams District Council over an offensive odour produced by an anaerobic digester – a food recycling machine – at Langage Farm in Smithaleigh.
